Thomas Jaramillo is the Chief Operations Officer for Madrigal Network. Thomas is responsible for the day-to-day operations from inventory management, product development to also improving the customer service experience through a highly trained team to ensure satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
He oversees product production from ingredient sourcing and managing timelines for campaign launches while coordinating with developers to ensure successful endeavors for clients alike.
